User Data Deletion

1. What Data We May Have

Depending on how you have interacted with our services, we may have collected:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage data (pages visited, browser type, device information, IP address)
• Data received through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform integrations

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to hq@zero-point.dev with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your interaction
• A description of the data you would like deleted

3. What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request, unless we are legally required to retain it.
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

4. Facebook / Meta Data

If you logged in or interacted with us through Facebook, you can also remove our app's access to your data directly from your Facebook App Settings. Removing the app will stop any future data sharing between Facebook and Zero Point.
